1. What should I look for when purchasing an oxygen bar business or equipment?
Research the equipment/products you will be purchasing and the company you will do business with. Purchasing the equipment is only the first step with your oxygen bar business. 3. Should I sign a contract or licensing agreement when purchasing equipment?
NO! There are several reasons for this:

A. The oxygen bar industry is a fast growing industry and as such prices continue to fluctuate. If you sign an agreement, you are locked into that company's high prices and can end up costing you thousands of dollars a month!

B. Signing a contract or licensing agreement ultimately relieves the company of its duty to provide you with ongoing top-notch customer service.

C. When you sign a licensing agreement, there should be brand recognition with the company. If the common person doesn't recognize the brand then it is wasted money to franchise. You must ask yourself; why is this company asking me to sign a contract? Signing a contract or licensing agreement a consumer forgoes their rights.

**Oasis never asks you to sign a contract or charge you for showcasing the Oasis brand. Oasis offers our customers business opportunity packages that actually encourage you to establish your own brand. 4. Where are oxygen bars successful?
Oxygen bars are successful anywhere there are people. The most common locations that people place oxygen bars are tanning salons, spas, health clubs, shopping malls, hotels, casinos, nightclubs, juice and coffee bars, cruise ships, theme parks and special events. This is not a comprehensive list, if you know a location where there are large crowds then you know a great location for an oxygen bar!

5. How much do oxygen bars cost?
There are several different packages available; there are single station packages (accommodates one person), 4 station/person kiosk bars and even custom packages that go into existing build outs that can accommodate 12 or more people. At Oasis, our prices start at $2,895 and go up to $20,000 + for complete turnkey business solutions. 6. Do you offer a warranty on your equipment?
Oasis offers a full 2-year manufacturers warranty on the generators, delivery stations and portable bars! This warranty is in writing. Oasis equipment is made so well that the warranty seldom comes into play, but it is nice having the peace of mind that your purchase and business are covered.

7. What are my payment options?
Oasis offers several ways to pay for your purchase including credit card (VISA, MasterCard and American Express) bank wire, check, money order and cashiers check.

8. What is your return policy?
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. Oasis does offer complete satisfaction guarantee to the quality and functionality of our equipment. If for any reason, within the first 72 hours, you are dissatisfied with the quality and/or functionality of the equipment upon receipt then we will assist you with an exchange or with a prompt refund. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Except for the above mentioned contingencies, all sales are final.

  1. Is there an equipment package available that is custom to your exact needs?
  2. Is the equipment you are purchasing brand new or used?
  3. Does the equipment have a warranty and what is the process of a repair?
  4. Does the equipment have anti-theft timers?
  5. Can the equipment be customized by color or personalized logos?
  6. Does the equipment produce 90%-92% oxygen?
  7. How soon can your equipment order be shipped?
  8. Are there parts on the equipment need to be replaced? What are they?

Company

  1. What company manufacturers the equipment?
  2. If the company is the manufacturer can you take a tour of the facility?
  3. Does the company offer equipment maintenance and warranty repairs in-house? What is the turn around time for warranty repair and replacement parts?
  4. Does the company provide all necessary documentation ie; contract templates, compliancy with FDA guidelines, product disclaimer, revenue sharing contracts, etc.?
  5. Does the company assist in attaining adequate insurance?
  6. Does the company have a large inventory and stock all supplies to promptly ship supply orders? What is the lead-time for a supply order and do they offer a low price guarantee?
  7. Does the company offer a full spectrum of marketing materials without signing contracts or licensing agreements? What are the marketing materials? Are they produced in-house or professionally designed/printed?
  8. Does the company offer marketing support to help customer achieve and optimize established goals? What do they do?
  9. Does the company provide continuing education and services to current customers? What do they do?
  10. Does the company offer additional revenue-increasing products that can be sold with the oxygen sessions (again without having you sign contracts or licensing agreements)? Are the products quality items? Can the products easily be resold? Are the products private labeled or do they manufacture them?

Also:
Get a list of several references that have invested within the last two years. Check with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to find out if the company has any complaints filed, years in business, etc. (www.bbb.org) Personally see and use the equipment of the company (s) you are considering.
